sBusiness.xyz is a B2B SaaS platform which automates mundane administrative & HR tasks. In just a year, 1000s of businesses have trusted sBusiness to cut down time otherwise wasted in managing employees, vendors and paying bills. After COVID-19 we helped businesses create a safe working space for their employees with disinfection and a touchless system.
To put it simply: we’re looking for a ‘founder-material’ leader to lead the top rated HRM SaaS tool of Bangladesh - digiGo. Winner of Best Process Innovation Award 2022, digiGo has grown from a proof of concept to having 180 companies using it regularly within a mere 13 months - and the team has its eye set on achieving 1000 companies using it within the end of the year.
What do we mean by ‘founder material’?
Not your typical employee - this would be someone who knows the struggle and has walked the path of a founder before. They’ll have to know and be able to orchestrate all parts of the business - from building products, making sales, motivating the team etc. to answering the board, taking the business internationally and possibly even fundraising.
The leader we seek - should be obsessed with building user-centric products and have a deep understanding of SaaS products. Although digiGo is already popular among couple hundred local companies, the leader is expected to refine the existing product and make it market-ready for growth hacking in the International markets.

Translate product strategies into goals and business plans based on conditions, current and prospective market segments in order to meet market share, and revenue and profitability goals within the sBusiness/digiGo business model
Operate in a model that requires collaboration and active teaming with product and technology, as well as the business operation, in order to serve customers and maximize results
Create the strategic product roadmap for product priorities across markets and channels
Create strategies & account plans to reveal new business opportunities by understanding market trends, and customer needs, and proposing solutions.
Identify common limiting patterns within our product, collaborate with the Engineering, and Product leadership team to eliminate such limitations, and help improve digiGo.
Identifies partnership opportunities, creates plans, and sets goals that focus on growth
Develop partnership strategy, investigate and analyze new partnership opportunities, structure partnership business cases/partnership models, and negotiate agreements.
Essentials you bring to the table:
The VP will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in technology. This person will also need to be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high-demand, performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel. This professional must demonstrate strong leadership skills, best demonstrated by the individual’s ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management.
A university graduate having 10-12 years of proven record (3 years minimum-selling SAAS solutions)
Experience being a key player in growing a start-up/scale-up tech business from a sales contribution perspective is vital.
Be modest in nature, recognizing the accomplishments of the team before the individual
Be highly motivated and possess vision and enthusiasm
Understand how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines
Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
Comfortable developing and giving presentations to senior individuals both inside and outside the company
