Job Description
- Train up the cleaners to provide professional service.
- Design Training modules for trainees & evaluate training outcomes.
- Conduct On the Job training for new resources.
- Provide cleaning services relatedness chemical and machinery use processes to ensure professional training.
- Identify the unskilled resources and ensure service quality through retraining and coaching.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemicals.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.
- Establishing and enforcing policies regarding workplace safety, security, and hygiene procedures.
- Reviewing the work performed by resources to ensure that it meets quality standards.
Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Professional Trainer.
Desired
- Experienced in Cleaning Operation & Pest control.
Personal Aptitude
Ability to work independently, prioritize work and working well with other team members to meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders and the confidence to innovate and develop creative concepts from scratch.
Effective time management skills.
