Job Description

  • Train up the cleaners to provide professional service.
  • Design Training modules for trainees & evaluate training outcomes. 
  • Conduct On the Job training for new resources.
  • Provide cleaning services relatedness chemical and machinery use processes to ensure professional training.
  • Identify the unskilled resources and ensure service quality through retraining and coaching.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemicals.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.
  • Establishing and enforcing policies regarding workplace safety, security, and hygiene procedures.
  • Reviewing the work performed by resources to ensure that it meets quality standards.



  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Professional Trainer. 


  • Experienced in Cleaning Operation & Pest control.  

Personal Aptitude
Ability to work independently, prioritize work and working well with other team members to meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders and the confidence to innovate and develop creative concepts from scratch.
Effective time management skills.

  • Weekly 06 working days but if needed must be willing to work on Saturday.
