Job Description

  • As the key resource in the sManager team, he will be responsible for business sales
  • function in the market. he will lead the Topup team and chase the numbers with the help of CLM, Telesales, field sales and digital marketing team.
  • Ideate the campaigns, cohort based quest design, business prospects, provide product feedback to make the product market fit.
  • You are expected to make the Topup business NR positive and create a value proposition to make sManager topup the most convenient in the market.
  • Maintain and exceed business targets in areas of transacting merchants and GMV from our existing business.
  • Drive through the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent sManager in industry forums to drive awareness.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.


•    Bachelor degree in BBA/Economics/CSE
•    Minimum 3 years Experience working in Startup or Telco
•    Advance level in MS office packages (specially in Excel & PPT)

•    Understanding of or experience of campaigning and the nature of audiences involved

•    Ability to work independently, prioritizing work and working well with other team members to meet deadlines. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders and the confidence to innovate and develop creative concepts from scratch. 
•    Ability to have Dot Connecting capacity, Growth hacking Mindset, Data Driven Communication, Strategic Planning, disciplined
•    Effective time management skills
