Job Description

  • Develop and lead the post-sale customer lifecycle programs, leveraging trigger-based and stage-based campaigns to engage customers at every step of their journey including activation, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, adoption, and renewal
  • Manage a small team of lifecycle and adoption marketers, providing career development and mentorship, and strategic guidance for the lifecycle function
  • Use analytics and customer insights to design and optimize lifecycle initiatives that support customer loyalty and adoption, leading more customers to expansion, helping support overall customer growth. 
  • Work cross-functionally to map and align the customer journeys for relevant audiences and segments at all stages of the post-sale customer lifecycle.
  • Oversee success of the loyalty and adoption programs, including customer communications such as welcome experience, pre- and post- renewal, adoption nurtures, integration promotion, newsletters, event communications, and surveys.
  • Work closely with the Business & Analytics team to align marketing efforts to ensure programs are integrated and operationally feasible, timely and accurate, preventing disjointed, overlapping, or conflicting communications to the customer base.
  • Be proactive in evaluating performance and adjust strategy as needed to drive business outcomes, presenting results, recommendations, and next steps. 
  • Work closely with product marketing and customer success on customer challenges in order to build more effective content and messaging to improve product adoption and education. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Marketing or Business.
  • Experience optimizing growth funnels and achieving goals. 
  • A highly analytical and data-driven mindset; have strong knowledge of data tools, including Excel, and are able to leverage data and research to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to embrace a fast paced, changing work environment. 


  • 3+ Years in Fintech Companies, E-Commerce with exposure in driving Business or Customer Retention.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Clevertap, Mo-engage or similar tools. 
  • Familiarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metrics. 
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a passion for building innovative & ROI-positive marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience using statistics.
