Job Description:

  • Design and organize business objective oriented optimal campaigns.
  • Devise campaign considering customer behavior and set timeline and schedules for proper executions across relevant platforms.
  • Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget.
  • Monitor all media and resources for campaign impact and progressOrganize necessary meetings with Internal Stakeholders as & when needed to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies.
  • Train and groom all relevant stakeholders for optimum efficacy.
  • Coordinate with Internal stakeholders for ensuring timely & quality contents.
  • Evaluate campaigns on regular basis and take necessary action for ensuring efficiency & effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA) Required:

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Marketing or Business.
  • Experience optimizing growth funnels and achieving goals.
  • A highly analytical and data-driven mindset; have strong knowledge of data tools, including Excel, and are able to leverage data and research to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to embrace a fast paced, changing work environment. 

Experience:

  • 2+ Years in Fintech Companies, E-Commerce with exposure in driving Business or Customer Retention.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Clevertap, Mo-engage or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metrics.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a passion for building innovative & ROI-positive marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience using statistics.
