Job Description

  • Monitoring day-to-day all business transactions, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and other records.
  • Coordinate with the business unit & finance department regarding all business performance and financial reporting as instructed by the CFO.
  • Perform daily cash collection reconciliation with the sales team and report it to the Line Manager.
  • Reconciles a wide variety of financial data including bank data for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices.
  • To coordinate with Vendors/Suppliers/Sub-contractor/Management department for smooth functioning.
  • Confirm SOP and Policy for all financial transactions before approval.
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures for relevant category transactions and cost savings.
  • Monitoring and preventing financial fraud & corruption.
  • To inform the management from time to time regarding all kinds of emergency and risk-bearing issues.
  • Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all different kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies.
  • Plan, develop, and continuous improvement in all operational activities of business units.
  • Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.


Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting, BBA/MBA.
  • MBS/M. Com (Finance & Accounting)
  • CA/CC, ACCA, part qualified.

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • At least 2-3 year(s).
  • Have a good command of Microsoft Office Works, especially in Excel & G-sheet.
  • Experienced Tally
  • Knowledge of IAS/IFRS/ISA.
  • Knowledge of VAT & TAX.
  • Good communication skills.
